CONWAY Anthony (Tony) Sadly passed away in Warrington Hospital in the early hours of Monday 22nd April aged 81 years. His family had travelled from Sydney, Australia and Newcastle-upon-Tyne to spend a final few days gathering around to say their goodbyes. Tony was the much-loved Husband of almost 60 years to Mary, Dad of Catherine and Michelle, Father-in-law to Girish and Ged, and Grandad of seven year old Charlotte. Tony was a drayman for over 25 years at Tetley Walker's Brewery, a taxi driver originally for Blue Star Taxis, then branching out on his own - a popular face around the town who will surely be missed. His funeral service will be held at St Albans Church in Bewsey at 1.30pm on Monday 13 May 2024, followed by a cremation at Walton Lea at 2.40pm. There will also be live streaming available for those who are unable to attend in person on the day.
